Pip Reed’s Bounty Smoothie

Bounty Smoothie by Pip Reed, Nutritionist and NuZest Australia Ambassador

Ingredients:
Coconut water (250ml)
Chocolate NuZest Clean Lean Protein (1 serving)
Coconut flakes (2 tablespoons)
Raw Cacao (1-2 teaspoons)
Chia seeds (2 tablespoons)
Sunflower seeds (2 Tablespoons)
Himalayan sea salt (a pinch)
Cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon)
Ice

Method:
Blend together until creamy

Tip – You can also put your smoothie in icey-pole containers, put them in the freezer and make paddle pops out of them!
